Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days for products fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and 7–15 business days for products fulfilled from China. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is based on the selected product, fulfillment warehouse, and destination. We will email the carrier and an official tracking link after dispatch.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will email a revised estimate. You may accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund. Where customer consent is required and we do not receive it, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

A package may enter lost-package review 30 days after dispatch. Once confirmed lost, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Quality Issue & Refund Policy

Our first-release policy covers verified quality issues and does not offer change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 14 days after tracking shows delivery.

Provide your order number, checkout email, a description of the problem, and clear photos or a short video. After approval, you may choose one free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address by email after approval. Please do not send an item to a public or business address without authorization. Approved PayPal refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal, the card issuer, or the bank.
